At Brandon Maxwell, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip inside the parcel.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label generated by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
